**Job Summary**:
As the Fitness Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Brantford on Conklin, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness club, ensuring its success and growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive, motivated and high-performing team, while providing excellent customer service to club members and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Membership sales will be a huge part of this position. Sales experience is an absolute must.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 - $70,000 per year,. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for the company's benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, free gym membership and merchandise discounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for members.
- .Maintain a minimum 75% close rate on membership tours and 40% close rate on personal training at point of sale
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the club and its services.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, such as membership numbers, revenue, and expenses, and take necessary action to meet or exceed targets.
- Keeping the club clean and organized
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company updates, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and handle any issues with facilities or equipment promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any member concerns or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of fitness coaches, personal trainers, and front desk staff to successfully meet the club's objectives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management or leadership role (fitness industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment, trends, and programs.
- Must have an extremely outgoing personality.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
