Examples of key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Facility maintenance and support services as required for multiple departments
- Minor maintenance as required
- Responsible for transporting material to and from sites and other local locations
- Parkade & parking system support as required
- Identifying maintenance problems and reporting work required
- Other related duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, Work Permit or Visa to work in Canada)
- Must be able to complete and maintain a successful criminal record check
- Class 5 Drivers license and a clean drivers-abstract
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated safety & organizational skills
- Quick learner and adapt well to the unexpected

**Schedule**
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Preference**
- Serious applicant only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.65-$20.00 per hour
