** SEEKING FULL TIME ON-CALL & SPARE LABOURERS.**

**Schedule**:

- This is a seasonal position from approximately **November 1, 2025 until April 15, 2026.**(Summer work available after the winter season.)
- Shifts are on an **on-call** basis and hours vary depending on the weather (8-16 hour shifts).
- You **MUST** be available **24/7**, including weekends and holidays, and be able to respond to dispatch on short notice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clearing snow/ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots using shovels or snow blowers.
- Ensuring that all areas are properly cleared and free of snow and ice.
- Safely operating snow removal equipment and following all safety guidelines.
- Communicating with supervisors or team members to coordinate snow removal efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available 24/7, Saturday to Sunday.
- Must have a cell phone with minutes and data.
- Must hold a valid driver licence and clean abstract for driving roles.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our shop near Hawthorne and Leitrim.
- Ability to work in cold and potentially hazardous weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads (minimum 50lb).
- Previous experience in snow removal is a plus, but not required.
- Can work independently and as a team.

**Notes**:

- Pay is based skill, experience, reliability and position offered.
- You can expect large commercial and/or municipal sites for winter maintenance operations.
- Please note that this position is seasonal and dependent on weather conditions. Optional summer landscaping positions available post winter season.

Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
- AZ OR DZ (preferred)
