IT Operations Analyst

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries.
- Assist users with operating systems including Windows and MacOS, ensuring proper functionality and user satisfaction.
- Monitor network connectivity and server performance to ensure high availability of IT systems.
- Perform routine maintenance for server, switches, and network device maintenance.
- Manage enterprise systems for software deployment, updates and compliance.
- Maintain systems backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades to meet organizational needs.
- Manage and support remote access solutions and server virtualization platforms.
- Configure and administer IT security protocols, including MFA, SSL certificates.
- Configure and support routers, switches, VLANS, wireless access points and network security devices.
- Deploy, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks and other networking devices.
- Monitor network performance and implement solutions to optimize performance and uptime.
- Configure and maintain Endpoint Security/Protection servers. Endpoint management, patches, vulnerabilities and updates.
- Develop and deploy automation and scripting for network configurations, system processes and platform integrations.

**Qualifications**
- Five years of Network system administration experience is required.
- Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise-grade switches, Routers, Servers
- Strong understanding of key networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, Subnetting, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience managing enterprise systems and virtualization platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra solutions
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work well independently and as a member of a diverse team where productive relationships are developed and maintained.
- Experience working with APIs and Power Automate is an asset.
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to address issues and implement solutions as required.
- Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work well under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
- Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $63,004.00-$67,000.00 per year
