**CNC Machinist Job Description**

With expertise in multi-task machining, vertical milling, wire-cut EDM, and deep hole boring (gundrilling), we are committed to delivering the highest quality and service to our clients.

We are currently seeking **skilled CNC Machinists** with experience in **multi-axis CNC turning and milling** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in the production of precision components. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC lathe and milling machines (multi-axis)
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and work instructions
- CNC programming knowledge
- Assembling machined components and parts to tight tolerances
- Using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.) to verify part dimensions
- Maintaining detailed inspection records and supporting quality control processes
- Repairing, maintaining, and calibrating measuring instruments as needed
- Experience with Multi-axis CNC turning centers, vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines and related high-precision manufacturing equipment

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in CNC machining (turning and milling)
- Proficiency in machine setup and tooling selection
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality documentation
- Strong critical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with computers for machine programming and reporting
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Pay: $24.37-$32.00 per hour
