**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a **Construction Project Manager** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on managing complex projects, leading teams, and ensuring excellence from pre-construction through to final delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and building code standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Oversee project closeout, documentation, and warranty follow-up

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong understanding of contracts, project delivery methods, and construction processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required

Pay: $78,214.00-$103,596.29 per year
