**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their Powersports needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our product offerings and effectively convey their features and benefits.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
