Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the maintenance operations of the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and equipment history
- Knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and other industrial maintenance equipment
- Strong project management skills to plan and execute maintenance projects within budget and timeline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose equipment issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians or similar roles is preferred
