Join our team as a Team Lead at IOC Solutions, where you will lead the day-to-day cleaning operations across various locations. We are seeking a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality to ensure the highest level of service for our residents.

**Duties**:

- Ensure cleaning staff is maintaining cleanliness and organization within the houses
- Pick up and transport staff and supplies from a designated pickup location to the job site and back
- Coordinate staff duties at job sites
- Ensure efficient time management to finish a job on time and maintain a high standard of service
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address any concerns or inquiries promptly
- Oversee organizational tasks related to inventory management, maintenance requests, and resident accommodations

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Must possess a valid G license with insurance
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Must be comfortable transporting cleaning supplies and employees between locations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
