This individual should be comfortable dealing with seniors and those with special needs. Patience and empathy for our customers’ unique situations are a must. You will make a positive impact in the lives of our customers who are ready to improve their quality of life through enhanced mobility.

**About Us**:
Travel Buggy is a rapidly growing business providing an innovative mobility aid for seniors and those with disabilities. We design, market, and sell our unique electric wheelchairs online and through an established network of home medical stores across Canada and the United States.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a Brand Ambassador - frontline voice of the Company
- Exceptional customer service first and foremost
- Understand each customer’s need and story

**Sales Representative Job Duties**:

- Sell, track and monitor these inbound leads via our CRM system (FreshDesk)
- Quote, invoice and close on new customer orders
- Resolve customer problems by investigating and developing solutions
- Maintain technical knowledge of product
- Personable with outstanding customer service
- Can develop a good rapport and makes relationships quickly
- Patient in dealing with seniors and those with disabilities on the phone
- Extremely well organized and diligent in follow-up
- Fast paced environment
- Compensate at top-tier rates for star performance
- Commission on sales and service performance

**Experience**
- Customer service with 2-years+
- High school degree
- Secondary education preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
