EXPERIENCE:
Not necessary. We train for how we clean overall, as well as for each location. Although it's great if you have already learned to clean your own stuff : )

MUSTS:

- driver's license, your own vehicle
- phone (apps: Jobber, Cliq), data plan
- positive attitude, reliable, detail-oriented
- Criminal Record Check required if hired

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- 20/20 vision or wear up-to-date eyewear
- ability to lift heavy garbage into outdoor bins
- ability to ascend and descend stairs with supplies

PAY: Can quickly earn above minimum for staff who are reliable and do quality work. We appreciate our staff

ADVANCEMENT: We are a growing company and staff whose work is consistently of high quality and who are reliable may be asked to take on more responsibility, for higher pay.

We have clients that have been with us for much of that time, and we aim to continue to provide them with the high quality of service they have come to expect from Sparkle. We typically work when clients are not there. When appropriate, we socially distance and wear masks. We also keep working if there's a shutdown : )
