**Job Title - Guidewire Claim Center Cloud PM**
**Location - Markham, CA (3 days onsite )**
**Role - Long Term Contract**

**JD What youll do**
Stakeholder Management Experience leading large programs managing executive expectations
Program Project Planning Develop integrated project plans including scope timelines budgets and allocation of resources
Team Leadership Lead project teams including internal and external partners ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Risk Management Guide and support the team to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery
Stakeholder Engagement Champion strong relationships with clients vendors and team members to improve collaboration and project success
Communication Maintain clear and open communication channels with project partners providing regular updates and reports
Scope Management Work closely with the business to baseline and monitor project scope and activate change requests as needed
Financial Management Produce cost models maintain budgets and expenditures making vital adjustments to stay within budget
Quality Assurance Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices
Governance Maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and other artefacts
Critical thinking Problem Solving Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles to keep projects on track

**What youll bring**
MUST Have background and experience with Insurance Guidewire ClaimCenter and Cloud Technologies
MUST have experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter Transformational Programs
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Project management certification PMP is a must
Experience as a Program Project Manager with at least 15 years experience managing programs with large budget 20 MM complex solutions and over multiple years
Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency to work with executive stakeholders
Financial proficiency and experience operating under tight governance is a must
Experience overseeing multiple projects within a program structure
Critical thinking problem solving and conflict resolution
Financial proficiency and handson experience managing large scale budgets
Excellent leadership communication management and interpersonal skills
Ability to run effective project meetings workshops andor other forums as needed
Ability to work with and coordinate cross functional teams including vendor partners
Ability to support influence and negotiate project decisions based on data
Knowledge of different project management methodologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex scenarios
Proficiency in MS Project Microsoft Suite Excel PowerPoint Word Teams and SharePoint
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
