**Job description**:
This position will be located at the Calgary, Alberta Manufacturing Plant and it is part of the Windows Group - Ply Gem. This position reports to the QA Manager Ply Gem.

**Purpose/goals**:

- The key purposes of a QA Supervisor include:

- Quality Monitoring: Supervise and assess quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Co-ordinate and guide QA technicians, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in quality processes and suggest or implement improvements.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure products or services meet industry regulations, customer expectations, and company policies.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and work on corrective and preventive measures.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives, providing reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., production, Design, Engineering and Service) to align quality objectives with organizational goals.

**Shift**: Day Shift (8Am to 4.30PM), Flexible to work in Rotating shift, PM shift based on the operational requirement - on site
