**Job Summary**

As the Line Cook of Britannia Brewing Kelowna, you will play a key role in assisting management with all areas relating to culinary operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff, in compliance to all local and provincial health guidelines
- Promoting teamwork through effective feedback and communication
- Maintaining a high level of food quality in accordance with company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook in a busy restaurant.
- Passion for local and seasonal ingredients and sustainable food practices.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 1 year of quality cooking or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Experience in leading and/or supporting a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
- Overall passion for the restaurant industry, a love for food, and a desire to engage with and impact guests (passion for craft beer a bonus)
