Handyman/after Sales Service Technician

**This position is working for one of Canada's premier residential builders who require a Handyman/After Care Service Technician for High-End Custom New Home Construction.**
- Minimum 5 years experience as a finishing handyman.
- Previous experience working with a new home builder is an asset.
- Experience with Tarion New Home Warranty Guidelines is a must..
- Excellent Customer Service skills are required.
- Preparing finishings for new home possession.
- Skilled requirements of handling drywall, plaster repairs, paint touch-ups, etc.
- Strong knowledge of the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines.
- Must be able to work independently and manage a daily schedule task requirement.
- Excellent opportunity for long-term employment working for a new home builder.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Able to see imperfections and correct them on their own or report them to the site finishing superintendent for service repairs.
- Able to take direction well.
- Must have own tools
- This is a non-union position
- Car allowance included for traveling to sites.
