**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE THROUGH PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL USING OUR SET SERVICE STANDARDS
- HAVE A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF ALL MENUS, PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS FUNCTIONS IN ORDER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS PROPERLY
- WORK PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFECTIVELY WITH ALL BOH AND FOH TEAM MEMBERS
- BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS, EFFICIENCY, SAFETY AND ORGANIZATION BY GUARANTEEING FOOD IS QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY DELIVERED TO GUESTS AND ENSURING THE SERVICE AREAS ARE CLEAN, STOCKED AND VISUALLY APPEALING
- HELPING WITH RESTAURANT SIDE DUTIES
- COMPLETING A PERSONAL DAILY CASH OUT

**The Chosen Applicant Will**:

- HAVE A MINIMUM ONE YEARS EXPERIENCE SERVING IN A SERVICE FOCUSED RESTAURANT
- FEEL EXCITEMENT ABOUT WORKING WITH PREMIUM PRODUCTS, CHEF CURATED DISHES, TRENDSETTING COCKTAILS, AND LIKE-MINDED HOSPITALITY INDIVIDUALS
- HAVE A CURIOUS NATURE, ALWAYS LOOKING TO FURTHER THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND PROVIDE INFORMED AND INSPIRED SERVICE TO GUESTS AT ALL TIMES
- HAVE UP TO DATE SERVING IT RIGHT
- BAR EXPERIENCE AN ASSET
- WSET OR EQUIVALENT ACCREDITATION IS AN ASSET
- SQUIRREL AND OPENTABLE KNOWLEDGE IS AN ASSET
