**About the Role**

Product Trainer will support the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs designed to enhance employee and partner knowledge and sales effectiveness. Under the guidance of the National Training Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring consistent alignment with Miele’s standards of quality, service excellence, and brand values.

**What You Will Do**

**Training Development & Delivery**
- Design, develop, and implement learning materials tailored to specific organizational needs.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various formats, including in-person theoretical and hands-on workshops.
- Ensure training content accurately reflects Miele’s products, services, processes, and brand messaging.
- Continuously assess and refine training approaches to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.

**Collaboration & Support**
- Partner closely with the National Training Manager to identify training needs and gaps.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to employees and partners post-training to reinforce learnings.
- Act as a resource for continuous learning to ensure training effectiveness.

**Performance Tracking & Improvement**
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
- Analyze training outcomes and generate actionable insights to continuously enhance program impact.
- Maintain up-to-date training records, reports, and documentation aligned with organizational compliance and standards.

**We think it would be awesome if you have**
- Bachelor’s degree or College Certificate in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development professional or Sales Representative preferably in a premium brand or consumer-focused environment.
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective training programs or product information to consumers and/or partners.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with a strong ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively across functions, driving alignment and continuous improvement.
