**We're Hiring: Cabinet Maker / Installer**
**$35-$40/hour | Full-Time | Based in Chilliwack, BC**

Cheam Countertops & Cabinets is a well-established company with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a talented and reliable **Cabinet Maker/Installer** to join our team full-time. If you’re skilled, motivated, and take pride in your work — we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, assemble, and install custom cabinetry and millwork
- Read and interpret blueprints and detailed shop drawings
- Operate shop tools including edge bander, boring machine, table saw, and other woodworking equipment
- Handle **on-site problem solving** and adjustments as needed during installations
- Interact with clients in a **professional and courteous** manner while representing our company
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in-shop and on-site
- Load and unload cabinetry for delivery and installation
- Follow safety procedures and best practices at all times

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years experience** in cabinet making and installation
- Ability to **lift 50+ lbs** and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and installation techniques
- Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills and **customer-focused mindset**:

- **Experience with 2020 Design** software is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
