The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and educational programs
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and report observations to clinical staff
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all clients
- Educate clients and families about addiction, recovery, and mental health

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/diploma or certification in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Experience working in addiction treatment or mental health support
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others

**Experience**:

- Addiction counseling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- NVCI (preferred)
- ASIST (preferred)
