Activations Specialist

Reporting to the Activations Team Lead, the Activations Specialist is responsible for converting trailing users of Paystone’s NiceJob platform into happy paying subscribers: selling companies on the value of our solutions, coaching them to success with the product and giving them memorable experiences. The Activations Specialist will be contributing to the team’s trial-to-paid conversion rate target, as well as responsible for delivering maximum average sale price through product upsells.
This role is perfect for a sales professional that is excited by new technology and has a passion for teaching others.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Contact all new trialling users and support them in onboarding and setting them up for a successful trial with NiceJob
- Contact all trialling users 1 week after initial set up, to coach them on further maximizing the features of NiceJob to meet their goals
- Contact trialling users at end of their 2 week free trial, to convert them from trialling user to paid subscriber if they have not already put down a credit card, and facilitate a smooth handover to the Success team to reduce churn
- Take meetings booked by users looking to set up their account to help them have a successful trial and increase trial-to-paid
- Identify and execute on opportunities to upsell users on a higher plan and/or subscription add-ons
- Support Relationships (sales) team in taking single-seat lead discovery calls where needed
- Support Success team in taking incoming support calls where needed
- Communicate user pain points and product feedback directly to the product team to ensure the product roadmap stays true to the needs of our users
