**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Display and explain our wide range of furniture, home décor, and accessories, emphasizing quality and design.
- Offer expert advice, including design suggestions, helping customers make informed and confident purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom to ensure our products are showcased in the best light.
- Process sales transactions with accuracy, including cash and electronic payments.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Lift, move, and pack furniture as needed for display, customer purchases, or delivery preparations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in the furniture or home décor industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service.
- Passion for interior design and home décor. Knowledge or experience in interior design is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move furniture as required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and handling sales data.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
