**Job Summary**:

- As a Microsoft 365/ Azure Technical Specialist you will ensure ILAC’s IT systems and Infrastructure are set up reliably and securely to meet the objectives of the business and provide best possible experience for users working in a hybrid setting.

You will use your leadership and technical knowledge to support:

- Lead the optimal architecture, provisioning and deployment of Microsoft 365 software services and network infrastructure.
- Be an and escalation point for IT systems issues and support users when necessary.

In this role, key leadership traits for success would someone who is self-starter, takes initiatives, anticipates issues before they become a problem, identifies opportunities to improve focusing on results.
- You will work in a close cooperation and guidance with IT Systems Manager.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Post-Secondary Education and/ or Technical Training in Information Technology.
- Knowledge of current cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Identity Providers)
- One or more certifications in Microsoft 365, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA's A+, Certified Solutions Architect Associate required.
- One or more of the following Microsoft Certificates is preferred: Office 365 Administrator Certification, SharePoint Configuration, Deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork, Planning and Administering SharePoint 2016 (MCSE), or Advanced Technologies of SharePoint 2016 (MCSE).
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience architecting, provisioning, and administrating the following:

- M365 office productivity systems (Exchange, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
- Setting and configuring Windows PC and Server products (Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Print Servers, DHCP, DNS and other Microsoft services)
- Device Management, Security Provisioning and Patching: Microsoft Defender, ATP, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot, RMM tools etc.
- Windows AD, Azure AAD, MFA (User provisioning, managing group policy etc.)
- Monitor Azure Resources, System Logs, Security Logs etc
- PowerShell scripting E.g., Automate tasks (on-board /off-board users)
- Installing, managing, and monitoring Firewalls, Networking equipment etc.
