We are Hiring for Full-Time Permanent Maintenance Helper position.

**Job Description**:
Responsibilities shall include:

- Always report before or on time for shift schedules.
- Keep the work shop clean and tidy
- Arrange tools in workshop and put them on their place.
- Clean machine before and after the maintenance
- Assist millwrights/maintenance in-charge to perform duties that include, preventive maintenance, breakdown, mechanical repair, new installation and more
- Replace and adjust the wearable parts as needed.
- Lubricate, grease and oil machines and equipment
- Report any damage that you are aware of
- Report anything that is unsafe or hazardous to maintenance and Plant Manager immediately
- Assist with the installation of new equipment
- Follow plant lock-out procedures during repair or servicing
- Works well under stress
- Always maintain housekeeping in working area
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to Health and Safety standards and have a safety-first work style

**Required Skills**:

- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- Read, write, and speak English
- Forklift experience or License is an asset
- Manufacturing, warehouse or production experience
