Stubbe’s started as a small precast company servicing the agricultural market, evolving over the past 40 years to a diversified company that provides a wide range of concrete (related) products and services.

**T**his position reports to our main office location in Harley, ON on a daily basis. (located between Brantford, ON and Woodstock, ON).**

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Yard Operator is responsible for the loading and unloading of finished products. Occasional Saturdays are required.

**THE DAY TO DAY**
- Work in an organized and safe manner according to the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) and company policies
- Operate specialized equipment including, forklift, shunt truck and overhead gantry crane
- Load and unload precast concrete, using appropriate stacking methods
- Follow loading instructions according to provided paperwork
- Use hoisting and rigging equipment according to the OHSA and company procedures
- Responsible for the placement and security of products to ensure safe transportation
- Other duties as requested by management
