Westminster Toyota has been located in the center of the lower mainland in New Westminster for over 30 years. The car dealership has a strong presence with many loyal customers. We have a new state of the art dealership located at 1050 Boyd street in Queensborough, New Westminster.

Service advisor duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and building rapport with our valued clients
- Gathering all client and vehicle information
- Offering appropriate maintenance to our clients and selling service offerings
- Listening and documenting our clients servicing needs on a repair order
- Effectively communicating with our technicians and parts department to ensure our clients needs are met
- Keeping our clients updated on their vehicle status and providing quotes for any necessary repairs or maintenance items
- Checking and processing warranty claims including recalls
- Providing a final invoice to the client and explaining in detail the work performed, any outstanding repairs or maintenance items and scheduling the next service
- Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets set by the dealership and Toyota Canada
**Qualifications**
Westminster Toyota is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual that loves to provide a premium service experience to guests.
- Listens and delivers clear messages to customers
- Loves being part of a team and works well with others
- Thrives in a fast paced environment due to amazing organizational skills, stays on top of all paperwork and manages time effectively
- Able to perform a detailed vehicle walk around with each customer and provide excellent detailed information on work order for each concern
- Previous service advisor experience preferred
**Additional Information**
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 - 5 and Saturday 8 - 3:30
