**Position Overview**:
As a **Purchasing and Customer Support Specialist**, you’ll play a key role in both **sourcing high-quality smoking accessories** and ensuring our customers receive prompt, helpful support. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, organized, and thrives on variety. Your time will be split between managing purchasing and procurement tasks and providing outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities: Purchasing & Supply Chain**:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to procure innovative, high-quality smoking accessories
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure competitive rates
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure product quality, reliability, and strong partnerships
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs based on sales trends and seasonality
- Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to streamline procurement and track orders
- Collaborate with the warehouse, product, and sales teams to ensure purchasing aligns with business goals

- Attend trade shows and follow product trends

**Customer Support**:

- Process orders, returns, and product or shipping concerns in a timely manner
- Follow up on backorders and ensure customer expectations are managed and met
- Document customer interactions in the CRM and escalate issues as needed
- Support the sales team with information, inventory updates, and account management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or customer service (ideally both), preferably in retail, distribution, or consumer goods
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French/English bilingualism is an asset)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Cannabis product knowledge is not required, but familiarity can help ease the learning curve due to the extensive range of accessories

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
