**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director, Construction and Warranty, as the **Construction Coordinato**r you provide administrative and clerical support to office and site management staff throughout the construction process of multiple projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating with ATCO, ENMAX, and Alberta New Home Warranty for internal operations.
- Assisting in preparing and tendering contracts to construction trades, suppliers, consultants, and engineering companies.
- Producing and distributing various project-related documents.
- Monitoring daily operations and ensuring projects are completed according to expected timelines.
- Estimating and processing monthly progress draws and approval of invoices for budget controls.
- Participating in regular construction site meetings and maintaining records of all construction dates and project costs.
- Liaising with the development team in consideration of new project opportunities and planning or approvals for existing land holdings.
- Assisting internal operations with project related tasks and documentation.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or project coordination is considered an asset.

**Working Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours with travel to construction sites required on a frequent basis. Overtime may occasionally be required.
