Spirit Rising House is a local social services organization, providing safe and supported homes for youth in care who struggle with trauma, addictions and mental health.

**Job description**

In home support workers will be responsible for providing client centred support, mentorship and leadership to both male and female youth (13-18) living in our Specialized environment. With a wrap around focus on intervention, harm reduction, relapse prevention, mental health and Addictions Recovery.

Relationship building from a trauma informed approach is required to preserve dignity and self esteem for the youth we care for.

Community outings, meal preparation, light housekeeping and life skills leadership.

Valid Driver's License is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
