AIM is currently looking for a **Receiving / Shipping Clerk** for its** Laval, Quebec** location, **Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.** Under the supervision of the team leader, you will be responsible for planning and organizing receiving and shipping schedules, as well as performing all other related tasks.

**What you’re responsible for**:

- Confirm customer visit schedules
- Work closely with the logistics and transportation department
- Greet customers courteously, following our procedures and requirements
- Help unload materials using various types of machinery
- Sort and inspect different types of metals and route them to the right departments
- Weigh metals on the scale
- Perform data entry

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- You have at least **2 years of experience in receiving/shipping** or in an industrial environment.
- You are known for your ability to set and manage priorities in a high-pressure work environment and make decisions quickly.
- You can express yourself in French and English (functional).
- You excel in customer service and communication with a professional attitude.
- You have basic computer skills and are comfortable with management software.
- You know how to use a forklift and are comfortable performing physical tasks.
