Zoho ERP Migration Specialist

**About the Role**:
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from legacy systems into a fully integrated Zoho ERP environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead data migration projects from legacy or third-party systems into Zoho (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, etc.)
- Design and implement ERP workflows, custom modules, automation, and field mapping
- Ensure data integrity and consistency during migration and post-implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Provide ongoing support, training, and optimization recommendations for Zoho users
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or performance issues promptly

**Required Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated success in executing complex data migration and ERP implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of data structures, relational mapping, and system integration best practices
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting, and workflow automation within the Zoho ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Based in or able to work within a Canadian time zone, ideally Montreal
