**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the serving team to deliver outstanding customer service and dining experiences.
- Train new staff on restaurant procedures, food handling, and customer service best practices.
- Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in menu planning and special event coordination as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide accurate information to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant experience is required; experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficient in serving techniques, food preparation, and food handling practices.
- Experience as a barista or in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
