**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Measure and mark locations for fence posts, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, building, and installing fences.
- Weld metal components as needed for specific fencing projects.
- Perform caulking tasks to ensure weatherproofing of installed fences.
- Restore or repair existing fencing structures as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in fence installation or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Experience in carpentry or flooring installation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plumb structures accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
