**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and health history to determine appropriate treatment plans. Our clinic's area of focus is in injury rehabilitation, athletic massage, deep tissue, and perinatal/paediatric supports.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans and progress.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments & self-care practices, referring to other professionals when necessary.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after their sessions. General maintenance of clinic space and equipment. Opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to enhance client care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques & continued education.

**Experience**
- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service & sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client needs and collaborating with healthcare providers.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the field of massage therapy is encouraged.
- specialty in paediatric or perinatal clients is an asset but not required

Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
