**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate excavator for all phases of civil construction, including final grade and precision work
- Perform routine equipment care**:fueling, greasing, cleaning**:

- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with ground crews and other equipment operators
- Follow site safety protocols and company policies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of excavator operating experience in civil construction
- Strong understanding of the civil construction industry
- Proven skills as a **finish operator**:

- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with others
- Pride in workmanship and strong work ethic
- **Valid BC Driver’s License** (Class 1 with air brakes an asset)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Current First Aid certification is an asset (not required)
- Willingness to travel out of town for projects occasionally as required

**Wages**:

- Based on experience and qualifications
