Our Business Development Center is looking for an outgoing, customer service-oriented BDC Representative

**The Position**

You're naturally friendly, positive, upbeat and just want to help people to the best of your abilities.

Our BDC Reps help coordinate appointments for our Sales team, but they are gearing up to do so much more...mainly, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT...in other words, help drive business to our stores

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming internet inquiries in a timely manner and addressing customer questions & providing information as requested
- Documenting customer interactions accurately within the company's system
- Being able to multi-task and learn multiple Dealership systems.
- Work with the Internet Manager and sales team to ensure all processes are maintained in database
- Continuously engage customers and provide outstanding customer experiences, and drive referral and repeat business from these interactions
- Following up with previous clients to re-engage or assist with their inquiries

Qualifications/Skills Required
- Proven Sales performance, team oriented, proactively create sales and leads by following processes and working diligently
- Excellent communicator with exceptional oral and written skills
- Experienced with social media platform communications
- Goal Oriented
- Exceptional multi tasker and time manager; organized
- Exceptional understanding of the trends in the marketplace
- Ability to find solutions and resolve conflict
- Driven to provide outstanding customer experiences
- Exhibits sound judgment, empathy, and integrity
- Amazing process oriented, has or will develop expert product knowledge
- Full understanding of regulations, laws and required compliance in the Automotive Industry including OEM policies and procedures
- Computer proficient; PBS, VIN an asset
- VSA Licensed - Can help acquire if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
