Warehouse Associate

**Shift**:
**Afternoon - 4 pm - 12:30 am**

This position is responsible for all day-to-day warehouse/ inventory activities in the facility. This role will include the physical and administrative management of inventory parts, service delivery and any additional supply chain tasks for customers in a multi client warehouse.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day operations of Inventory Control Units
- Conduct the order picking, processing, and shipping of customer orders
- Conduct the inbound processes of new parts in accordance with our customer’s guidelines and following all prescribed procedures
- Coordinate the PI's (Parts Inventory) and cycle counts at the facility
- Monitor inventory process at the facility to insure timely updating and accuracy.
- Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation. Rotate product as appropriate
- Ensure adherence to procedural and policy requirements.
- Inform Warehouse Team Lead or Regional Manager of daily activity and/or any issues/concerns
- Ensure exceptional customer service is achieved by exceeding service targets and key performance indicators
- Control and implement the start up of any new dedicated business/accounts.
- Act as a support group work closely with Transportation and Infrastructure Unit leaders to insure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Assist in maintaining the security of the Warehouse and Health and Safety requirements at the branch
- Conduct operation in a manner which promotes safety.
- Conduct operation in accordance with the Ministry of Labour guidelines.
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by team lead or management.

Ce poste est responsable de toutes les activités quotidiennes d’entreposage et d’inventaire dans l’établissement. Ce rôle comprendra la gestion physique et administrative des pièces d’inventaire, la prestation de services et toute autre tâche de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour les clients dans un entrepôt multi-clients.

Responsabilités du poste:

- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes des unités de contrôle des stocks.
- Effectuer la préparation, le traitement et l’expédition des commandes des clients.
- Effectuer les processus d’arrivée de nouvelles pièces conformément aux directives de nos clients et en suivant toutes les procédures prescrites.
- Coordonner les IP (inventaire des pièces) et les comptages cycliques dans l’établissement.
- Surveiller le processus d’inventaire dans l’établissement pour assurer la mise à jour et l’exactitude dans les délais prévus.
- Assurer l’utilisation optimale de l’espace par la consolidation de l’entrepôt. Assurer la rotation des produits selon les besoins.
- Assurer le respect des exigences des procédures et des politiques.
- Informer le chef d’équipe de l’entrepôt ou le directeur régional de l’activité quotidienne et/ou de tout problème/toute préoccupation.
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en dépassant les objectifs de service et les indicateurs clés de rendement.
- Contrôler et mettre en oeuvre le démarrage de toute nouvelle activité/tout nouveau compte dédié.
- Agir en tant que groupe de soutien et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des unités de transport et d’infrastructure pour assurer la satisfaction totale des clients.
