A newly established **pre-owned vehicle dealership** in **Surrey, British Columbia** is seeking **motivated, customer-oriented Automotive Sales Representatives** to join our launch team. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience to all customers.
- Guide clients through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Stay informed on current inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions.
- Maintain relationships through effective follow-up and customer service.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a high-performing and positive team culture.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in automotive sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $47,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

- VSA (preferred)
