- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and methods
- Knowledge of construction estimating and reading blueprints
- Experience with flooring installation, restoration, drywall, masonry, and other related tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machines for cutting and shaping materials
- Ability to fabricate and assemble structures according to specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and cuts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy materials if required
