Line Cook/grill Cook

Niagara Clifton Group is currently hiring **Grill, Line, and Pantry Cooks** for our **Ruby Tuesday Restaurant.**

Ruby Tuesday is a fast-paced and high-volume full-service restaurant offering a vast array of signature lunch and dinner options. From our Endless Salad Bar and generous appetizer choices, to famous handcrafted burgers, steaks, seafood, and more, there is something for everyone Our guests can relax and take in the views of the Falls and Clifton Hill from our indoor dining area or on our rooftop patio.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by preparing food and beverages for our customers and supporting the kitchen function while achieving the highest service and quality standards.

**Shifts**: Days, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual, Seasonal.

**Compensation**:$18.00-$20.00
- Participation in Company tip pool, which is estimated to add **$2 to $4 per hour**
- Complimentary staff meal while on shift
- Initial two (2) uniforms are provided by the company

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present entrees, appetizers, and side orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations
- Complete additional work, including cleaning and assisting other team members

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of restaurant or food preparation experience considered an asset
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Experience in a high-volume environment is an asset
- Strong verbal skills to communicate with guests, staff, and management
- Physically able to perform light to medium duties including; lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching and bending
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Available to work varied schedules (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to support the hours of operation
