**About Us**:
**The Boss** is a modern, casual fine dining restaurant in Banff, serving bold flavours, expertly crafted dishes, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Our team thrives on energy, precision, and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. We’re currently seeking a sharp, organized, and energetic **Expediter** to help bridge the gap between our kitchen and front-of-house teams.

**Position Overview**:
As an **Expediter**, you are the final checkpoint before dishes leave the kitchen. Your role is crucial in maintaining quality, timing, and presentation. You’ll work closely with chefs and servers to ensure that orders are completed accurately, plated beautifully, and delivered promptly. You’ll also help maintain flow and communication during busy service periods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the pass and coordinate timing between kitchen and service teams
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and meet presentation standards
- Communicate clearly with line cooks and servers to keep service running smoothly
- Prioritize and organize ticket flow during high-volume period
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the expo station
- Act as a liaison between BOH and FOH with a calm and professional approach

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an expediter or in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred ( not required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
