**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Administrator._ This is a paid position which focuses on handling day-to-day financial matters,
bookkeeping and providing helpful support to all Club operations. This position is the second
Club Administrator role within ODSC and will work in collaboration with their counterpart as well
as all Board positions to support the needs of the Club. This position takes direction from the
Board, specifically the President.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attend all general meetings of the Club and the Board.
- Manage all financial documentation for the Club in coordination with the Treasurer

including deposits, accounts, payable/receivable, reconcile each month, annual review
with auditors, and provide regular reports to the Board.
- Coordinate all field rentals, bookings and permits for the Club, including payment.
- Coordinate Club sponsorship program including recruitment, tracking,

invoicing/payments, uniform printing, collection of logos, customer service, social media
presence, and appreciation in partnership with the Board.
- Support the Club’s equipment/uniforms program by tracking invoices/payments,

packaging, distribution, and collection in partnership with the Board.
- Provide administrative support to the Club Head Referee to arrange payments, etc.
- Manage registration system for the Club for all leagues which includes setup, tracking,

reporting, and rostering. Support documentation/registration requirements with Ontario
Soccer and the Huronia District Soccer Association.
- Coordinate and support Club special events including summer camps, U8 Festivals,

Photo Day, and year end events.
- Complete all other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Education or experience in Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
- internet.- Availability to attend ODSC related events during evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility to adapt weekly hours to meet the needs of the ODSC.

This position is expected to work approximately 20-30 hours per month for a total of 250 to 350
be required to obtain an acceptable and current Police Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
prior to the employment commencement date.
