**What You’ll Do**

As a **Continuing Care Assistant**, you’ll be at the heart of our mission — providing
personalized, respectful, and dignified care that supports the physical, emotional, and
spiritual well-being of each resident.
Your days will include:

- Helping residents with daily living activities while fostering dignity and

independence
- Offering comfort, companionship, and encouragement
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health or routines
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and home-like environment
- Working closely with the care team, families, and other departments
- Documenting care and helping update care plans
- Mentoring new staff and CCA students when needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Graduate of a provincially recognized **Continuing Care Assistant** course (or

equivalent)
- A kind heart and a genuine interest in helping others
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and non-verbal
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role
- Willingness to work all shifts as needed (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
