Under the management of the Plant Director, the Procurement and logistic Manager is responsible for the supply of raw materials to ensure the manufacturing of doors as well as the management of the transport of raw materials and finished products.

**Procurement**
- Manage a centralized procurement process;
- Directly supervise the purchasing team;
- Ensure the determination of the quantity of stocks, the planning of truck or container loadings and the monitoring of the logistics of raw materials until delivery to our factory;
- Ensure that material requests match production volume by collaborating with operations;
- Ensure procurement and negotiation with new suppliers;
- Provide alternative plans or substitutions as necessary to compensate for shortages, releases, new priorities and related issues;
- Oversee the management of supplier relationships on inventory issues and needs while maintaining an active dialogue with operations to identify opportunities and risks;
- Lead the meetings necessary to rationalize SKUs;
- Develop the monthly inventory evaluation process based on sales and manage volumes to maximize profit and minimize overall risk (OSMI);
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations Management to develop credible consensus regarding demand, supply and inventory plans that are within demonstrated capabilities, budget and inventory goals.

**Logistic**
- Manage the logistics process of transporting raw materials and finished products;
- Indirectly supervise the logistics team (reception and shipping);
- Ensure the determination of methods of transporting raw materials and all related logistics;
- Ensure documentary management relating to imports;
- Provide alternative plans or substitutions if necessary to compensate for transportation issues;
- Ensure good management of relations with carriers;

**Various Tasks**
- Ensure all processes compliance with SOX.
- Ensure compliance with the internal rules and standards of Masonite and various corporate departments.
