**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with Ontario’s liquor laws
- Maintaining a clean and tidy bar space in accordance with the company’s opening and closing guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health and safety department
- Taking guests orders, operating the POS (Touch Bistro), and completing cash, debit or credit transactions
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment by identifying ways to increase the guest experiences on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
- Must be able to change (small?) keg and stand for an 8 hour shift
**Preferred Experience & Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years bartending or serving experience
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service with an eye for detail
- Strong customer service, time management and interpersonal communications skills required.
- Positive outlook on the day to day hustle of life.
Flexible hours are required (evenings, weekends, holidays)
**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
