**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in construction, site maintenance, or general labor tasks
- Own transportation to and from work
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs or more)

From grading the site to prepping and working with concrete, get ready to use your rake, shovel, and roller with finesse as you transform ordinary streets into sleek avenues. Whether it's hauling materials, wielding power tools like a pro, or mastering the art of equipment, everyday brings a new adventure.

Safety will always be your number one priority as you adhere to protocols, wear PPE, keep a keen eye out for any potential hazards, communicate effectively, and promote an overall safe culture.

**This is a seasonal role which will end in October/ Nov 2025.**
