**Be the Face of Summer at the Lake**We’re looking for welcoming, detail-oriented **Front Desk & Hotel Upkeep** team members to join us this season (June - September, with the opportunity to extend) at **Somerset Lakeside Resort** Located on beautiful Paudash Lake near Bancroft, we’re a modern, family-run resort that blends rustic charm with exceptional guest service.

As part of our Guest Services team, you’ll help create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every visitor - from check-in to check-out - while keeping our resort looking its best and feeling like home.

**RATE OF PAY: $21.30/hour + TIPS**(_Plus perks & potential for growth_)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:_Front Desk Duties:_
- Greeting and checking in/out guests with warmth and efficiency
- Using our reservation/POS system (training provided)
- Offering local recommendations and making guests feel at home
- Responding to any guest concerns with a calm, problem-solving approach
- Hotel Upkeep Duties:_
- Light tidying of common areas (lobby, lounge, front porch)
- Stocking guest supplies and assisting with basic maintenance tasks
- Supporting the housekeeping team with laundry or turnover as needed
- Ensuring the front desk and guest-facing areas are clean, organized, and inviting
- Laundry and organization of all linens and towels.
- Pitching in across departments to support the team as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or housekeeping is a plus - but not required
- OSSD or equivalent
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Available for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using computers and learning basic systems
- Reliable transportation to and from our lakeside resort

Pay: From $21.30 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
