**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Process invoices and transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in specialized product areas.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in cashiering duties with experience using POS systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
