Job Summary

Working under the director of the Project Manager, Director of Finance & HR, and the President, the PMA's essential functions are as follows:

- Develop and implement organizational structures to streamline workflow across the entire company.
- Assist the Project Manager in daily operations with ongoing projects
- Maintain organized project files and records, ensuring all documentation and notes are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Updating internal company software file statuses to ensure project timelines are met
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing for vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs and assist the Project Manager in financial reporting goals.
- Assist in managing labor resources, including scheduling in house crews and coordinating subcontractors.
- Track and manage inventory of materials and equipment used on projects using in house tracking software
- Provide support in onboarding new subcontractors - WSIB, COI, Vendor Agreement requirements are met
- AP duties - posting bills, collecting receipts, prepare cheque runs, review vendor statements, reconciliation
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in the Restoration industry
- Experiencing with Xactimate, Symbility, Encircle, and QBs is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
