Bilingual Dental Consultant

CTC is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, bilingual Dental Consultant to support the education of Canadian Dental Professionals on behalf of a Tier 1 Healthcare organization. This part-time contract role is ideal for dental hygienists, dental assistants, or dental professionals who want to expand their influence beyond the clinic, as well as sales professionals with experience in healthcare or dental-related fields who are eager to deepen their expertise in oral care.

As a Dental Consultant, you’ll focus on the oral care need state and play a key role in accelerating client growth by enhancing dental professional knowledge, product usage, and recommendations. This role offers the chance to build new competencies, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and stay connected to the profession you love.

**Please note, although this position is remote, we are looking for someone living in Quebec, Canada who is fluent in both English and French.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain meaningful relationships with Client’s KOLs and key stakeholders, ensuring diverse representation
- Identify and develop new relationships with KOLs, inclusive of nurturing relationships, educating on the science behind Listerine, and finding new opportunities for the brand to work with the KOL
- Identify existing or new KOLs for speaker events at key conferences. This includes upskilling the KOL on the latest science, helping the KOL shape content for their presentation, and provide administrative support to secure these engagements
- Work with Client’s internal team to get HCC approval for activities involving KOL/ DHCP engagement
- Attend all dental conferences and have meaningful engagements with dental professionals as a brand and science expert
- Assist with the recruitment of dental students to support our staffing requirements at conference (where applicable)
- Attend retailer-based conferences as required as a brand representative to other healthcare professionals (i.e. pharmacists).
- Conduct educational presentations (i.e. lunch and learns, study club sessions, etc.) that are promotional and educational in content to practicing dentists, hygienists, and students
- Quarterly review of KPIs for webinars with CTC Communications: # of attendees, best time slot adjustment, survey results, etc.
- Conduct dental/dental hygiene school education sessions to educate the next generation of practicing DHCPs on the importance of good oral care routines
- Maintain relationships on behalf of Client with dental and dental hygiene schools across Canada, inclusive of learning sessions, samples, school events, and other support with logistic team’s support
- Support ad hoc ad boards, KOL communication for new clinical update and collect feedback
- Collaborate with Client’s internal team such as Professional Marketing and Consumer Marketing
- Review brand assets as required

**What we are looking for**

Required
- Bilingualism (English and French) and living in QC is mandatory
- Ability to travel for work across Canada (20% of your time)
- Excellent intrapersonal, communications and relationship building skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Proficiency in adapting to new technologies specifically in virtual learning platforms such as Zoom/Teams
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision; demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities

Desired
- Dental hygienist with at least 5yrs in clinical practice is preferred
- Dental school teaching experience or speaking engagements (e.g. seminar, symposium presentation experience) is an asset
- Knowledge of the continuing medical education process and experience to strategically identify, develop and contract KOLs is an asset

Required Time Commitments
- Approximately 3 National Conferences and 5 Regional conference presence with dates confirmed in advance
- Approximately 15 hours/week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
