- As a Cement Finisher within Pomerleau’s Civil Engineering & Infrastructure team, you will work closely with all site workers to ensure the coordination of concrete work.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare, place, and repair concrete on various surfaces such as floors, walls and structures, sidewalks, and finish them according to specifications;
- Select, measure, and mark materials to repair or finish foundations based on plans and specifications;
- Perform layout work in accordance with instructions from foremen and/or superintendents and project drawings;
- Work closely with carpenters, specialized laborers, and other trades on the construction site;
- Follow safety procedures to ensure compliance with company and construction industry standards;
- Work as part of a team, maintain a positive and trustworthy work environment, and communicate effectively with colleagues and other trades on site;
- Perform any other related tasks as requested by the foreman or superintendent.

This role is made for you if you have:

- A valid CCQ cement worker-applicator card
- An ASP Construction & WHMIS 2015 card
- A valid driving license - Class 5
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
